Broward County State Attorney Mike Satz announced this Tuesday, that McLean, 56, convicted of bribery by a local official, two counts of unlawful remuneration, three counts of official misconduct and one of robbery. All of these seven are felonies chargers.

Following the finish of his preliminary, members of the jury found that McLean had utilized his impact as a chose authority to anchor political favors for his landowner at a strip shopping center on State Road 7, where he ran a tiki bar. Attorneys said the landlord gave McLean money installment in exchange for the favors.

He could face at least four years in state prison. McLean is about to be sentenced by Broward County Circuit Judge Michael Usan on March 12.
