According to the Police, Jamell Demons, 19, shot and killed his two close friends, whose stage names are Anthony “YNW Sackchaser” Williams, 21, and Christopher “YNW Juvy” Thomas Jr., 19.
Police also said Demons, of Vero Beach, and another man, Cortlen Henry, planned everything to make it appear that the attack was a drive-by shooting, after Henry drove Williams and Thomas to Memorial Hospital Miramar around 4 a.m. on Oct. 26, 2018. Williams and Thomas later died at the hospital.
Before Demons surrendered to Police, he posted on Instagram a text saying that a lot of rumors and lies were being said about him involved in his friend’s violent murder, and that the officers wants to find justice.
Demons and the victims were longtime friends and after their deaths, Demons posted on social media grieving for them.
