A man, identified as William Richard, 33, was caught by the Police on Valentine’s Day, after being notified he threatened his ex-girlfriend and her children’s lives of blowing her apartment building, as well as Central Senior High School and Lakeview Elementary, where they attend school.
Richard led the police on a chase in Miami-Dade County, driving away in his SUV, and was taken into custody after crashing the vehicle. Authorities, also, found cocaine and marijuana inside.
Now Richard faces charges of making false report of a bomb threat, battery on a law enforcement officer, fleeing police, tampering with evidence and for possess narcotics with the intent of dealing out.
